***WE ARE NOT SOLICITORS BUT WE DO OUR BEST TO KEEP YOU INFORMED.***

***IF YOU ARE UNCERTAIN ABOUT ANYTHING, PLEASE SEEK YOUR OWN LEGAL ADVICE***

Public copyright laws, buildings and parks.

In rare cases you are not allowed to publish for commercial gain regardless if you have taken a picture from public land. For example, you can take a picture of the Eiffel Tower, however if the lights are on, you can't as the lights are subject to copyright laws.

National Trust/English Heritage/Royal Parks images. Images taken on NT land or Crown land is subject to their own rules and regulations. Please have written permission which you can submit to Photo4Me after upload.

The London Underground. You need a permit to take images in the underground. Please respect their rules and regulations.

Images who do not adhere to these rules and regulation will be subject to removal.

All images are subject to laws and are solely responsibility of the photographer. If copyright was breached, the responsibility would fall on the photographer and not P4M. When uploading, you have selected the box "I own the copyright" which absolves P4M from any wrong doing. If an organization were to contact us, we would cooperate to the best of our abilities and adhere to all requests.
